The company was looking to move from one-off ordering of a bill or letter for an accessible version by a customer, and move to an integrated system so that an accessible billing and communications option could be selected by a customer at any time, in order to receive communications in their preferred accessible format automatically without having to contact customer services every time they received printed mail from the company. We advised on the best way to achieve this and quickly set up system whereby customers with a print disability were able to control the format in which they received their communications.
