The bank required a secure accessible solution for personal letters to customers, including bank statements, PIN notifications and application forms.

Working with the bank’s outsourced IT distribution partner, we receive hard copy customer communications and convert them in either Audio or Braille and send the CD or braille booklet directly to the customer, along with the original document, within 24-48 hours.

This ensures that print disabled customers do not experience a significant delay in receiving their communications and the bank does not need to alter its own processes in order to facilitate the accessible solutions which we provide.
