Once you become our client, you will have a dedicated account manager who will be your first point of contact throughout your time with us regardless of whether you need a one-off letter to a visually impaired customer or a complete print to accessible solution for all your standard communications. We believe in building strong personal relationships between our staff and our clients, based on expectations and delivery of excellent service.

Correspondence to customers, whether bank statements, leaflets or private letters needs to be accurate, timely and well produced.  That’s just the minimum though, we’ll also go the extra mile, checking if you need advice with ordering the right product for your customers and making sure that the standard of format we produce for your customers on your behalf is beyond simply doing the minimum.

Any problems that may occur are identified quickly and brought to your attention immediately. And we work with you to ensure that your print disabled customers get a best possible standard of service from you.
